Sterling & DeArmond, P.C. is a full-service law firm based in Wasilla, Alaska. The firm was founded in 1999 by Scott A. Sterling and Ann L. DeArmond. Scott Sterling graduated from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks in 1984 and the University of Arizona College of Law in 1986. He is a former member of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Assembly and served as Chairman of the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education. Ann DeArmond graduated from the University of Virginia in 1989 and the Ohio State University College of Law in 1996. Ms. DeArmond clerked for the Hon. Beverly Cutler and presently serves as a member of the Alaska Board of Agriculture and Conservation.
