Our Founder, Ida Csiszar, began her career at Johnson & Johnson not long after emigrating from Hungary. After 10 Years in NJ she moved her family out West and became the Senior R&D chemist at Max Factor in Los Angeles. With a passion for color and chemistry, Ida decided to start her own Contract Manufacturing Company in 1988.Starting with only a handful of Employees, many of which are still with us today, Classic Cosmetics has grown into one of the largest and most well-known Turnkey/Private Label Contract Manufacturers on the West Coast.
