Victoria Martuscelli is a health coach based in Ocean County, New Jersey and serving clients everywhere. Lavender Lifestyle LLC helps clients to cultivate a healthier lifestyle by helping to develop her client´s health goals and crafting a realistic, evidence based plan to achieve them. My journey as a health coach began with my own experience with heart disease. My reflection caused me to pause, slow down, and make significant lifestyle changes. When I finally solved the riddle for my own health and wellness, I realized it was time to help others. I discovered a tremendous gap between western medicine doctors and the patient. Many others may be on the same dangerous path I was on and my mission is to help them avoid illness, diagnosis, and life altering health problems, while creating the life of healthy longevity we all yearn for. I listen to my clients and spend quality time understanding their why and how. My years of experience leading and coaching employees and helping clients have taught me valuable skills in listening to understand, and applying that knowledge to help a person make the necessary changes in order to achieve their desired results.
